We recently used Tanner's for pest control and had a fantastic experience. We definitely will be using them again and would highly recommend to anyone else!
Pretty disappointed in this business. I called and spoke to Jamie on September 20 to schedule a WDI report for the sale of my home. We discussed pricing and timing (beginning of October). He asked me to text him my address, which I did. He confirmed that he received it with "got it thanks" in response. On October 2, I reached out by text and phone again to confirm the date and time he was coming out. He completely ghosted me. Disappointing since I was hoping to use a small, local business. We recently called and set up a service contract and the service was perfect. The initial problem he came out to take care of was gone within days. A week or so later we started seeing millipedes or centipedes and called to ask if they could come back and within one day they were back and took care of things. I appreciate a company that stands by there products and services.
Tanner's Pest Service is the absolute best. They were recommended to me years ago, and now they do regular pest service at all my properties. I've only ever had a problem right after I've moved - and then Jamie or a member of his team comes immediately and solves the issue. Tanner's has the most fantastic team of utmost professionals. I would trust them with my life. I could not recommend this company highly enough!
