I am posting this edited comment on 11/24/17. I brought my own serpentine belt to the shop to be installed in the car, big part of the work that needed to be done in it, water pump, had been done by a friend of mine. All I needed them to do is put in new belt. I brought one that I had purchased on my own from Auto Zone. I was told I had the wrong one so they put in a different belt, allegedly correct one.
