Receptionists nice/friendly..nurse/technician nice..doctor not so much, down right rude in fact. I felt he wasn't listening to me, like what i was saying was a lie. Have never seen a doctor like him, hope I never do again. I got tired of wasting my time and his, Thanked him for nothing (couldn't get through to him) and left. Maybe he did not want to work Saturday, who knows.
I was seen on Sunday at Bremen Tanner Urgent Care and was in and out in no time. Staff and doctor were pleasant.
The wait times are absolutely ridiculous and this has been an issue well before covid started. I'm a patient person and I recognize that urgent care is non-appointment, but the waiting room can have three people and you'll still wait at least an hour just to be called back. I've waited for over 45 minutes just to speak to the front desk before I finally just left.
