Had scheduled meeting two different occasions. The first he forgot and was bush hogging. I had to call to find out why he did not show up and could not reach him until the next day. Second scheduled appointment called two days before verifying appointment set for Sunday at noon. Called at noon no answer. Texted and was informed he was not coming. I had some sprinkler issues. I called Mr. Tanner. Came out same day. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, good price. Highly recommend.

I have called Mr Tanner on numerous occasions to try and get some help after the install. I keep getting the same answer. "I'll be in your area and stop by", or "I'm really busy but I'll stop by next week" and nothing. He has done this on at least 4 times. He did a good job but his follow-up really needs some work. If asked I'd have to say I wouldn't recommend him

Great quality of work. Finish on time. Any thing to clean up, irrigation or landscaping I highly recommend to Terry Tanner and his crew.
