Tanner Place is a nice older building, but it has some serious issues that make living here frustrating. Fire Alarm Chaos – The fire alarm randomly blares in the middle of the night (between 3-5 AM) at least once a month. It’s insanely loud, which is terrible for light sleepers and especially bad if you have dogs. I clean a condo here...it is very quiet, neighbors are friendly, all areas are kept clean, it is very secure and the courtyard is beautiful.
