Edited to give date: September 2024 Horrible, horrible experience. As someone with an unfortunate number of health issues and that has experienced too many ER visits, this was the worst, and I've sat for hours in crowded ATL ER rooms and received more care than here during all the chaos. I went in because my left side especially hip down was spasming an extreme amount to the point of pain. So it started when me and my mom went to tanner kids urgent care they are fine but they couldn't do spine x-rays so they told me to go to the hospital to do a x-ray and we the next to them to get it done fast but no, it took like 20 minutes to park and wait another 5 minutes to get in and now the system is broken and now waiting for it to be fixed. DO NOT COME HERE.
If I could choose negative stars, I don't would. I went in as a psych patient looking for help being suicidal, and they threw me into a pod with people screaming and yelling... I had a 3rd degree burn on my arm and in the two days I was there nobody that treated it. I never felt so scared (other Patients were yelling and getting physical with the staff) anyone else want to help file a lawsuit on these people?!??!
