I recently accompanied my sister to Tanner Hospital in Carrollton for an emergency. She had been attacked by a dog and had multiple bites on both hands. One specific bite was at the base of her thumb and was deep. Her pain level was a 10. The wait was no longer than it should have been. However, the treatment was at best negligent and minimal. Terrible staff and RN’s , rude and very judgmental. They don’t seem to care about your health. I was accused of fraud the lady at the front desk reported me saying since I have more then one ID my drivers license and regular Identification card that I must be using someone else’s ID . When you can clearly tell that’s me . I didn’t know it was a problem how many ids of mine I carry in my purse. Rude receptionist who doesn’t need to be working with people who are in distress. She needs to be back of house. Lady in glasses, older, rude. I hope she sees this. You were wrong about what you said to me. I called the patient service line and that woman was very nice.

This emergency room is the best ever in Georgia that, I ever know. Thank you for taking care of my family members! THE BEST HOSPITAL EVER!
