***Update my diagnoses from endocrinologist "Adrenal Insufficiency " ** If you care about your loved ones and are in need of emergency care, never — and I mean never — take them to this emergency room facility. I went in with a racing heart rate and informed the staff that my blood pressure was fluctuating — going extremely high and then dropping very low. I also told them these were episodic events. Excellent care was shown to my 86 year old father-in-law by all ER personnel, especially by his nurse, Cortez. He was so patient and thorough, very professional and courteous. THANKS to all!

I was deeply harmed by their judgment and negligence. What was done to me was blatant cruelty. I understand that they were busy and stressed but I waited patiently for 7 hours just to have the doctor come in, express anger at me for being there, and dismiss me as a psych case based purely on a history of childhood trauma. The medical trauma I experienced will be with me for the rest of my life. My physical health condition was ignored. I never expected that they could be that awful and I didn’t bring a witness.
