I was seen in the Tanner Carrollton ED last night by NP Shelby and nurse Maddie. The whole experience was 5 stars. I work in the ED of another facility and decided to come here to be seen closer to my home. I’m mindful of the processes of an ED and always try to be understanding of the order and flow in such setting, but this visit exceeded any processes I’ve personally had as a patient or professionally! I do love this facility. The staff are so good and kind. A lot of facilities are like cow proding. One in, one out. I I don't like that.
Set in hall in emergency room for 3 days with a infected gallbladder before we left and went to another hospital
The staff could care less and I honestly don’t understand how/why they’re working in healthCARE. You’re in dangerous hands if you end up at this ER for a true emergency
