I was deeply harmed by their judgment and negligence. What was done to me was blatant cruelty. I understand that they were busy and stressed but I waited patiently for 7 hours just to have the doctor come in, express anger at me for being there, and dismiss me as a psych case based purely on a history of childhood trauma. After checkin (the only positive part), we were neglected at a visit with my son who had an anaphylactic reaction. Nurse came to check on us once in 3 hours and when we called she still didn’t come. Would NOT recommend this ER.
