Terrible staff and RN’s , rude and very judgmental. They don’t seem to care about your health. I was accused of fraud the lady at the front desk reported me saying since I have more then one ID my drivers license and regular Identification card that I must be using someone else’s ID . When you can clearly tell that’s me . I didn’t know it was a problem how many ids of mine I carry in my purse. Rude receptionist who doesn’t need to be working with people who are in distress. She needs to be back of house. Lady in glasses, older, rude. I hope she sees this. You were wrong about what you said to me. I called the patient service line and that woman was very nice.

I was seen in the Tanner Carrollton ED last night by NP Shelby and nurse Maddie. The whole experience was 5 stars. I work in the ED of another facility and decided to come here to be seen closer to my home. I’m mindful of the processes of an ED and always try to be understanding of the order and flow in such setting, but this visit exceeded any processes I’ve personally had as a patient or professionally!
