He discovered wax in my ears that might be a contributing factor to my hearing problem.
It was my first time there really a nice office and staff was very friendly and helpful The Dr was very concerned about why I was there and was telling me what he thought was best for me with the problem I was having and I stated I was nervous about the procedure that he wanted to do and told me take my time and think about it and when I'm ready just make appointment back that's what I call a Dr who cares about your feelings.
