Without a doubt the worst customer service we have come across in a very long time. Their paperwork is scattered and the office staff is not well trained for the service industry. My wife and I would recommend not doing business with these folks. They were also very condensing to my wife when she was confused about the paperwork, when she didn't understand it, and when we tried to track them down they were defensive, unsympathetic and out to prove that they are right and we are wrong. Pretty unbelievable!
The ordering process was easy, the customer service was great and the finished product turned out beautiful. Thank you!
