Dr Rice and staff are amazing. They did an excellent job repairing my daughters ACL. They are very caring too. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
They over bill you with co pays that you already paid. Access to your PCM is difficult at best and some of the staff are very rude and unhelpful.
The nurse made my five year old daughter afraid of the shots she got. I tried to distract her but she kept reminding her the shots were coming. The way she told me to hold her was a little old style. It just made me sad and I don't know if she likes her job or not. I wouldn't come back for shots. The doctor was nice but he isn't the one doing the shots.
