I hate there billing department and there policies. One person tells you one thing so you do that than you call back and they tell you that wasn't right. My family will no longer be seeing any Tanner clinic doctors! Sad cause Dr. Stewart is amazing!
Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. I just left an appointment with Dr. Mansfield's office. First let me say, it took me a month and half to get an appointment. I arrived a little late to my 11am appointment. I was CHECKED IN by the receptionist and told to wait in the lobby. I waited there.. for 45 minutes, watching people get called back. Finally, I ask how much longer it will be, and was given a very short, "oh, your appointment was canceled. I shouldn't have checked you in. You were late." I am a vet normally seen at the VA, but for this it's easier to go to a very great place like Tanner Clinic. They 1st sewed the split in my head and then finished with a few staples, cleaned and treated the front of my left arm from the elbow to the wrist, then xrayed my right wrist with a followup call saying it looked a break in it. Smooth as silk. Thanks to a very great bunch, from front desk to nurses to a great Doctor.
Drs make us feel that we are top priority. Listen to us and take time to answer questions and get to the bottom of any situation.
I have torn my ACL in both knees, and now I’m on my third ACL tear 4+ years later, and the staff has been so caring. They really take the time to get to know you and remember you. Dr. Rice is fabulous. I wouldn’t recommend going to anyone else for knee issues.
