The billing is a joke. The billing department never bills my insurance so it always turns into a negotiation to get Tanner Clinic to do their job and bill my insurance. Also, the doctors are dishonest. I have been told on numerous occasions that items were covered and paid for by my insurance company. After I go the service the insurance refused to pay. I am done with you. Tanner clinic was great 10 years ago when they were a smaller group. Tanner clinic is now to large and their quality has plummeted.😠
I think the people I came contact with were very nice and polite.
