The staff is great. They are fast and get you in and out, very polite and explain everything. However... trying to get anyone to ever! Answer the phone is a joke, and almost impossible! Just gotta leave messages about everything... then when you finally get back to you... they are more irritated than happy to answer your questions and concerns. Dr. Trent Richards is very intelligent, caring, polite and also lean, fit and agile able to perform eye surgeries with outstanding results. I really appreciate his many years of study and hard work that gave me 20-20 vision in both of my eyes after cataract surgery! I haven't been able to see this good since I was a kid! Don't trust your eye care to anyone else!
