I really appreciate Dr Richard’s! I haven’t needed any serious surgery from Dr. Richards, but I have interacted with him for periodic eye exams, and I am so impressed with his kindness that I will feel comfortable with him as a surgeon if and when I need one!
Dr Richards provided EXCELLENT patient care before during and after my cataract surgery resulting in 100 percent success and satisfaction. He is a very skilled medical professional that I recommend as a TOP Ophthalmologist.
Dr Richards performed cataract surgery on both my eyes in December. I previously had Lasik and severe dry eyes. He was able to get me to 20/20 vision in both eyes for distance. Dr Richards provides all the details for the surgery, pros and cons. I highly recommend him and his staff. He has been my ophthalmologist for several years and now is my little girls doctor too.
Dr. Richards locked me out of the building, in a wheelchair, in the freezing rain, because he refused to allow my service dog in the building. This was an unethletical and illegal act
Dr. Richards is not only exceptional in completing cataract eye surgery he takes the time to explain the details and make the recommendation he explains as follow up to make recovery as smooth and as wonderful smooth as posssiable
