Their emergency phone system is very frustrating. I called the clinic and it went straight to voicemail saying they closed at 5:30 and to call the emergency line for urgent matters. I called that line and was told they will not take my call until 9pm because “the clinic is open” and not to call back until 9pm. I called the clinic number again and again was sent directly to voicemail saying the clinic is closed. I needed help right away and didn’t get it.
DO NOT go here. Tanner clinic was supposed to bill our insurance for a visit. Several months later we were served papers for a $300 visit they claimed was unpaid, this was the first we heard of this outstanding amount. My girlfriend who was 8 months pregnant at the time was served papers saying we now had to pay $800, the law firm tanner clinic works with is EXTREMELY unprofessional or willing to work with anyone, I found countless other people online who have had this same experience. We love tanner clinic and the kids love their doctor Dr. Hutchinson he’s absolutely amazing with the kids and answers all of our questions and concerns. He always has us leaving there so positive we chose the right pediatrician for our kids.
The staff has been kind and always able to get us in when we have had urgent issues. They are pretty quick! Davin Hansen is so so so good with kids. He has taken care of us well!
Dr. Eberhard, Tasha Enz and everyone in the layton office are amazing. We are so glad we switched primary care. Urgent care hours are great. They are thorough and easy to get ahold of when needed.
