Dr. Nye was great. He was so gentle and loving during our newborn check up. I did think the nurse that did the prick in the heel bilirubin levels could have been more compassionate. These little things are brand new to this crazy world and need to be treated as that. The way she basically milked the blood so aggressively from her tiny heel was intense. My baby has never screamed like that making me think there’s a better more gentle way that could have been done. Other than that, the staff was great.
We love Dr. Nye and have been going to him for 14 years now. He's great with the kids and I love that he talks to the kids and not just mom.
Dr Nye is a really nice guy. He explained things very well. He is a very good doctor.
So friendly, through and patient.
