Dr Bertram was quite dismissive and I left feeling like I had wasted his time. Maybe he was just having a bad morning?
Dr. Bertram is great! I never have to wait long before I am seen in the office. He did the intracept procedure on me and I am hopeful, to be pain free with his help.
