I have been seeing Dr. Foot for over 3 years. She has been awesome and very knowledgeable. She listens very well. Her staff is really great too.
Dr. Foot is a Gem and a Gold Mine of information and caring. It is also reflected in Her satff and the entire office caring attitude!!
Dr. Foot had zero empathy for me when I had a 5 mml kidney stone. First we waited 2 and a half hours to be told she was cancelling my surgery due to her business hours. Now the 5 mml stone has grown into an 8 mill stone. I definitely did not want her as my new surgeon. Hopefully my new surgeon will not be it a “know it all” like her
I ended up being hospitalized after I contracted a rare infection following my surgery by Dr. Laura Foot and another surgeon. After months of pain, medication, hospitalization and home health, her office continued to be uncaring and unhelpful. To this day she still has not personally returned my calls or even taken the time to check on me. Long office waits, inconsiderate staff, lack of empathy.
Dr Foot made an awkward visit very comfortable. Not only was she very knowledgeable but she truly cared for my wellbeing. The negative review completely opposite of my multiple office visits.
Lack of empathy/concern for male issues. Probably better with female patients. Refused procedures that other Doctors deemed essential. Lack of follow-up care, seemed unconcerned about patient's side effects and unconcerned about patient costs to treat those side effects or helping submit correct diagnostic codes so that insurance would make payments. Amazing, compassionate doctor that saved my best friends life when others couldn't find a treatment.
I have had a really rough few years. I was going to another urologist in south Ogden. I won’t say his name due to respect. But he sucked. Like really bad. They say some doctors turn into there specialty. Anyways this isn’t about him. I switched to Laura Foot and her PA after I was still having the issues as before. Her PA is awesome. I trust Dr. Foot with my health. Great doctor and staff I felt they cared about me in a time of uncertainty. Would recommend Dr. Foot to everyone! I've had more medical procedures than than I care to admit but Dr. Foot took care of my health issues with great skill. I made the right choice in picking Dr. Foot!
