Communication is lacking. I informed 3-4 people from the clinic through phone conversations and at the clinic I was not receiving anesthesia only a local on the finger the procedure was being done on. Because the information was not passed on or heard I was scheduled two hours earlier than I needed to be there and because they said I would still be required to have a driver my daughter spend 4 1/2 hours waiting when no driver was necessary. The staff is absolutely wonderful and Dr. Baham was amazing.
I love Hope Tinsley! She takes time to listen to me! She makes me feel like she cares about me. She follows up and remembers me. I would highly recommend her!
They worked us in for an immediate need. They were attentive and gracious. They met our needs and we felt cared for. Great doctor and clinic staff.
