She was kind and knowledgeable. She made me and my son feel comfortable. We talked out what our options were and worked on a plan. The small issue we ran into was that only one of the two prescriptions hit the pharmacy that night. They other didn't show up until the next day. So we had to make two trips to the pharmacy and my son couldn't start his antibiotics that night.
