We went in to have my wife evaluated for sleep apnea. First visit we paid our copay and saw Dr. Reed, he prescribed an at home sleep test for my wife, we were contacted and notified this service would be $600, which we agreed to pay. After the test Dr. Reed ordered a sleep study to calibrate her CPAP. We received a call from THE SAME WOMAN WHO QUOTED THE DEDUCTIBLE PLAN FOR THE TEST and she stated the test would be a $100 deductible and that's all we would be responsible for. My son had a sleep study here Feb. 27th and the gentleman, Tony, working was so kind and helpful. He made sure my son and I were both comfortable and had everything we needed! He made sure we understood everything that was going on! A great experience for some thing we were not looking forward to.
