I write this review as I wait on hold for one hour and half. I've been the next caller for 1hour 20 mins. I should have read reviews before calling. Tanner system is the same system that diagnosed me with a stomach virus instead of pneumonia. I arrived back at E.R 3 days later in villa rica rather going back to carrolton location. Do not go here. Dr. Randolph is the only competent doctor there. The staff is awful. The service is awful. The prices are awful. Megan (the front desk lady) for Dr. Sims literally tried to gaslight me into saying I was using this app I'd never heard of when I didn't. I paid $50 that I desperately need to wait an HOUR for Dr. Sims who didn't show up. Of course, there is no apology. Instantly it's my fault. I’ve been going here for a good bit now and the staff is respectful, Friendly and helpful when needed.

After experiencing first hand how rude and disrespectful the staff are I would never refer anyone to this place. If you have insurance use it with another provider. If you don't have insurance God bless you. I hope you find the help you need.
