Even though the cost of air duct cleaning did not fully make sense to me at first, the pricing was in line with other local HVAC and vent cleaning services in San Francisco. Avery was professional, helpful, and did a great job explaining the duct cleaning process. We were very happy with the service, and our vents and air ducts feel much cleaner. We would gladly use this service again.
Landon was excellent. Before starting, he clearly explained the air duct cleaning process and answered our questions about related HVAC and vent cleaning services. He was polite, respectful, and professional the whole time he worked in our home. The duct service was done smoothly, and the airflow feels better now. Our dryer was not working right, and the top felt very hot, so we figured the dryer vent was clogged. Neighbors suggested Tanner Brothers Home Services, and they came out the next day. Since the exhaust vent runs up and out through the roof, the job needed proper vent cleaning equipment and care. They contacted me a day ahead to confirm the appointment, then called again the day of with an estimated arrival time, and the technician also called when he was on the way with an accurate ETA.
