Charlie and team were exceptional! Max’s work in the tree for 6+ hours was very impressive. I’m a first time homeowner with a huge cottonwood hollowing out that needed to come down before it caused more damage next door. They were prompt, proficient, professional, respectful, kind, all thing good things you could ask for from humans! We had a snafu that was addressed promptly and left in better condition than before. Charlie and his team trimmed our trees today (maple, linden, pear) and were impressed with their work and customer service. Charlie is a certified arborist and really knows what to do and not to do with each type of tree. He and his team also removed a tree (ash) in our backyard that had been severely damaged by a storm and some bushes that were in "fail to thrive" spots (original builder landscaping - IKYK). Had some questions regarding multiple trees on my property on whether or not they needed to be cut down. Charlie came out and explained what they were and that they didn’t need to be removed just trimmed. He is very knowledgeable and honest. Highly recommend.
