Dr. Applegate is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. A great mix of in office work and out of office recommendations for my pain. I’ll only be going to him from now on!

Drs. Applegate and Nick have been amazing at helping me recover from some longstanding back pain. They are skilled, professional, and truly listen to my concerns and goals for improved health. The staff are also fantastic! They are efficient, warm, and genuine people. As a registered nurse, I am very familiar with what constitutes high quality and safe patient care. I highly recommend the team as they are truly outstanding!
