Professional and courteous. My visits have been prompt. The office is clean and modern. The hygienists are awesome 😎
The doctor is very professional and always suggesting what would work best for me. Mercedes is the best assistant and very personable.
This was my first time using my dental insurance this year, and they confirmed they took my plan yet was billed over $600 out of pocket for a "routine cleaning". Then got a random “patient balance statement” that was vague, unexplained, and came right after I canceled an appointment within their own policy window. Now they won’t even answer calls. Dishonest and unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and avoid this office completely. I strongly suggest avoiding this practice!!
Great practice. Polite people and explain the plan well. I will go there again.
