If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Tana Orthodontics has been absolutely horrible. From day one, the staff was rude and dismissive, especially the woman in charge. She is extremely disrespectful, has no manners, and talks to patients like she’s doing them a favor. There is no professionalism, no courtesy, and no genuine care for the patients. The assistants and front office team here are absolutely amazing! Every visit feels so welcoming. they’re always friendly, patient, and professional. The assistants are gentle, efficient, and make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. The front office is just as great. they’re organized, helpful with scheduling, and always greet you with a smile. It’s clear they all genuinely care about their patients and love what they do. I can’t say enough good things about this team!

I’ve been going to Tanna Orthodontics since 2018, and they’ve always taken great care of me — but I really have to shout out Lety for going above and beyond today. She actually went to the Eastvale location and took it to the Chino location just so I could pick up my braces before heading back on the road.
