Great location. Reasonable prices. Staff remember you, which makes it so convenient. Always clean. Greeted right away, and assisted till the moment you walk out.
ZERO STARS!!! Do not tan here. I don t know how anyone can say the customer service is good here because it is not. They randomly change hours and close on days when it is inconvenient for the management to come in. Long time customers never get a free upgrade or any type of loyalty reward. They do not change the bulbs often if customers start complaining. The staff is too busy smoking outside the shop to care about changing bulbs. Tan somewhere else
