Derek is the best salesman I’ve ever experienced, best worker out there (besides snicks obviously), will continue to buy from him from here on out
I don’t normally leave negative reviews on anything, but this “dealership” is a joke. They completely ignored me even though I had cash and a solid trade in. Guy kept saying he was busy. Too busy to take my money and sell a car? I get that this place is a shady used car dealership but come on. You get better customer service buying a $2 drink at McDonald’s. Wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their time with this place.

These guys are the best everything from Derek all the way down to his family that’s working for him very honest in what they do!
I had bought a 2008 Audi A4 off of Derek at Tanks for a great price! He was really understanding and I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman, unlike the stingy ones you get at most other used car places. I highly recommend Tanks Auto as a place to get your next and/or FIRST car!
