I had several phone and message exchanges with J. Holmes at Tanks-A-Lot, but my last call with him was disappointing. When I tried to confirm the warranty details, he became rude and impatient, saying hed explained it four times and questioning why I didnt understand. The issue was that he had mentioned three different versions of the warranty3 years, 30 years, and lifetime for the first ownerso I asked if he could clarify by including the warranty details in writing in the contract.
