Installed my new Navien NPE-240A2 tankless heater yesterday and I'm very happy. They cleaned up some of the existing piping by removing unnecessary fittings. Of the four quotes I got, Tankless Xperts were the most knowledgeable. All the other guys said I needed to get a bigger gas meter and install gas reducers for my other gas appliances, which increased their estimates quite significantly. Curtis was awesome to work with, I will never use any other plumbing company as long as these guys are around. I was quoted 6k to replace my tankless and Curtis was able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. Hands down best plumbing company I have ever worked with.
Great service and very helpful. They showed me what my problem was and the best way to prevent it in the future.
They were on time (not so common as you might think), on budget and the work is quality, no shortcuts. Excellent mastery of the plumbing craft. Highly recommended. Even if they cost more than competitors, which they don't, I'd use them again for peace of mind and a smooth process. Highly recommended! Feb 2026: Just got done using him again. Fantastic.
