Our Noritz combi boiler (4yrs old) had a leak and we had no hot water. We called the company that had installed the unit for repair. We had terrible customer service and after 11 days of no hot water and the repair not completed, I googled and found Tankless Services of Michigan. WOW! J Michael took my call and was professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, efficient. I called him on a Thursday and our unit was fixed within 2 days. Jay is an outstanding tech with years of experience he goes above and beyond what the job requires to satisfy and to make sure the job is done right. Jay helped me get to the bottom of the problem over the phone when no one and I mean no one had answers for my tankless Noritz system. Since it was an easy fix, the rep advised me over the phone without charge. Awesome! Will definitely contact them again if I have a real problem with the unit.

Jay came out so quickly and helped me with my ac unit which had stopped working. I had a chipmunk inside my air conditioner outside which shorted my capacitor out! He said it was the first time he had seen a chipmunk make it in there lol. I'm so grateful for his quick response and knowledge to diagnose the issue quickly.
