J Micheal is the absolute best. Our tankless water heater went out on a Saturday. We 1st called another popular plumber with the red. White and blue truck they came out with a quote of 9k. I remembered using j Michael a year ago, found his card and he came thru with a quote of 4,200$. I had my hot water back by Wednesday. .

J Michael and Alex came out to install my Noritz EZ111. They were great to work with. On time, very professional. Cleaned up the area after the installation. J even brought treats for our golden retriever! I highly recommend hiring J and Alex for your tankless installation!
Jay came out the same day I called , he took his time to diagnosis the problem on our 21 year-old Noritz thankless WH , found the issue and repaired it on Monday , his Patience , Knowlage , Skills & Experience are harder & harder to come by these days , Other Techs I called said replace it , your lucky you that long out of it , Jay said if you were my grandfather , I would do the repair , Don't think twice about calling or having him to the work . Our Noritz combi boiler (4yrs old) had a leak and we had no hot water. We called the company that had installed the unit for repair.
