He and Alex arrived at her home shortly after. Wherein, they diagnosed the problem and began resolving the issue. J Michael and Alex came out to install my Noritz EZ111. They were great to work with. On time, very professional. Cleaned up the area after the installation. J even brought treats for our golden retriever! I highly recommend hiring J and Alex for your tankless installation!

Our Noritz combi boiler (4yrs old) had a leak and we had no hot water. We called the company that had installed the unit for repair. We had terrible customer service and after 11 days of no hot water and the repair not completed, I googled and found Tankless Services of Michigan. WOW! Jay is an outstanding tech with years of experience he goes above and beyond what the job requires to satisfy and to make sure the job is done right. Jay helped me get to the bottom of the problem over the phone when no one and I mean no one had answers for my tankless Noritz system.
