Frank was fantastic. He was on time, good communication, pleasure to work with. He has fair prices and knows his stuff. Highly recommended. He installed a new tankless water heater and works great.
Frank from Tankless Pro Inc installed our water heater. He replied to our request and questions clearly and arrived on time. He did a great job, very clean and tidy. He was very professional, polite and friendly.
The ac unit in my apartment was broken and my landlord referred Frank and his company to me. However, he came off as extremely rude and dismissive of the issue when I was speaking to him on the phone. His accent was very thick which I was having trouble understanding him. I politely asked him to repeat himself but he was questioned me if I speak English.
