Wife took her mothers truck in for just a normal oil change. The Mechanic said the filter was hard to get off. No big deal, understandable. The truck then starts leaking oil before even leaving the shop. Turns out they had damaged the casing on ripping the old oil filter off. When confronted about the problem one of the employees "Al" refused to acknowledge the mistake and instead blamed my wife. Took advantage of my wife, when her right front brake locked up. Replaced the caliper, rotors, pads, and brake line. Vehicle was still locking up, and right front overheating, they did not want to stay late on a Friday, so tech Yuri sent her home, stating that it had been fixed. Did not correct the real issue, with the master cylinder. Charged $457.13. Very next day same problem, brake locked up again. Stay away from this repair shop, if at all possible.
Love this place...This has been the only place we've trusted with our vehicles for years! They are always friendly, fast, and they do great work!
Had to drop my Jeep off here after it overheated. Quoted me 676.00 to replace the radiator, and while it was there someone stole several dollars in quarters that I keep in the console. After seeing that, I am so glad that I was already leaving before I got robbed twice from the same place.
Great staff and skill within the shop. No job to large, or small for the team to tackle. Honesty is the key when things go wrong, and these guys/gals have it!!
