Update: Still 5 stars! We just sold the house that Victoria managed all these years. Our opinion of Victoria Tankerley as a property manager has not changed. She is consistently reliable and we hardly knew the house was there, except to deposit the rent check each month! I highly recommend her! Victoria was also our listing agent. Victoria has been managing our rent house for several years. She is fabulous! She screens the tenants -- all have been trouble-free, for us at least. Any little repair or issue that comes up and Victoria takes care of it. All we do is get a rent check from Victoria every month. When a tenant moves out, Victoria gets it rented right away. She is awesome! I absolutely recommend her for property management!
