Tankless water heater had error and was not heating water. Called at 11:00 am and technician arrived at 5:45. Repaired ignitor, got hot water, and was gone by 6:30.
Bryan was wonderful to work with! The whole thing went smoothly - got a great explanation on the phone before they even came out, on the day they installed the new tankless heater they came on time, finished quickly and waited until I freed up to walk me through everything they did. Would highly recommend them!
