Stop screwing up the good tankwashes, first you take away the kitchen, now the hotdogs, what's next the laundry, the driver showers, maybe the coffee? Only asking cause everything cost money. Overnight Truck Parking Facilities could use some updates. - bathrooms - showers - drivers lounge ISSUES: Some staff could use some phone etiquette and general customer service training. PHONE: I felt like my phone inquiry on amenities was seen by the agent as irritating to be asked and trivial in his eyes. (Do better!)
