Jose and service tech Anthony were the best Second time they’ve had to come out to service minor issues with our mini spits ( not purchased through their company unfortunately). Last night we had some minor dripping inside and they came out first thing this morning. Which I really appreciated! They’ve suggested plans that will save us money in the future and during recent visit mentioned surge protectors on 2,units before storm season which were extra but I felt well worth it). Tank company did an awesome job servicing our A/C unit that is over 20 years old. He was able to replace parts to give it 5-10 years before we have to replace.

Jose came out to service our unit and went above and beyond to repair the parts that needed replacement to give our unit more life span before we have to replace.

This is a company that is probably altering or having reviews deleted/falsified. Please go with any other company unless you’re looking to donate large amounts of money with no expectations. Understanding that sometimes an initial fix may lead to other findings, it was not only that excuse but many others that led us to go to another company. It was initially the fan motor ($500). After a new fan motor, a leak; diagnosis and maybe plug with a kit ($1025). Then it was the coil ($3600). We called a halt. Went to 2 other compan... read more

Called Tank to take a look at my HVAC system. My system is so old it has ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs for the instructions. They were at my door 2 hours later. Troy was very quick, professional and very knowledgeable and had my system back up and running in no time. One of the best thing was i didn't have to deal with Troy attempt to pressure me into buying a new system and went to work and fixed my dinosaur of a unit.
