José and Anthony were amazing to work with . They used careful analysis to determine the issue and had proof to back it up . They are super knowledgeable as well and they are happy to share it. Highly recommended!
Owner JOSE YOUNG, not proffessional at aall. Ive had my unit in for a month and 3 weeks, already acting up. Mr. Jose came in, didnt even fix the problem and charged me $400, for nothing because we had to call back same day for them to come fix it again. Even though Jose, the owner, came in and didnt finish his job, they tried charging me $100 again. Do not recommend them! I tried speaking to Jose Young to get my $400 back, since it is supposedly under warranty, but hes so unprofessional that he wont even let me speak to him.... read more
Poor Tank, Running on empty. Tank does not grasp that perception is reality. I hired Tank to put in new heat pump.His sales rep and installer was very nice. I got a great deal, but then I to put a stop hold on the check and cancel the order. I READ THE REVIEWS. TANK HAS TO CLEAN UP HIS REVIEW PAGE. He argued that the other companies pay to clean up bad reviews and he will not. Jose and service tech Anthony were the best Second time they’ve had to come out to service minor issues with our mini spits ( not purchased through their company unfortunately). Last night we had some minor dripping inside and they came out first thing this morning. Which I really appreciated! They’ve suggested plans that will save us money in the future and during recent visit mentioned surge protectors on 2,units before storm season which were extra but I felt well worth it). Tank company did an awesome job servicing our A/C unit that is over 20 years old. He was able to replace parts to give it 5-10 years before we have to replace.
