I had a disappointing experience at Tanishq. The staff and manager lacked proper communication and courtesy. The manager denied any communication about a better discount and quickly moved on, which was frustrating. We decided to buy what we initially chose and didn’t even bother asking about a bracelet we were also interested in. Despite spending $3700, the lack of transparency and courtesy left a bad impression. We won’t be returning. Just to keep it even worse, we visited this place from TN. Which is more disappointing.
Very kind staff and wonderful collections!! Rita ji helped us with showing the collections we were interested in. She was very patient with us and made sure we chose the best ring! ❤️
