Don't believe this business! Even GM Jax's comments!! They are cheating and very bad service! Never "one day turnaround" happen to my case. They are just ask your money, pay for surplus!! You have to call them everyday to follow your stuff sent to them! They are no phone call to update your case status. GM, Jax, never talk to you about your concerns, just type the comments. Great customer service with great communication and warranty they back up. Most bad reviews here looked like people wouldn’t send it back. Yes you have to pay shipping and be with out a dash again. I sent mine back for lights flickering. It was aftermarket bulbs I put in nothing they did wrong fixed it under warranty no charge. Will use them again.
I purchased a complete cluster repair which was done in 5 days time... when i received the cluster is was not shipped properly (missing foam blocks needed to keep gauges calibrated during transport... I have the photos to prove all of this) so the gauges were not calibrated when installed in car and the cluster had to be sent back (not my fault)... received a return shipper from TAE and away it went... after receiving the cluster back for the 2nd time the foam pcs were on and the calibration was correct.... which I though wo... read more
