Tanika was so helpful when we bought our first home. She sat down with me and explained everything and took her time to make the buying experience easy. To this day she still keeps up with my family and is there for when we need her. Even when the city tried to charge for a permit that the previous owner did not pay. She helped me with providing pictures and information so the city new we had bought it that way. I will also recommend her and will pick her when we are ready to buy a home.
We attended Tanika's Pie event today. It was great. I've been working with her since 2020. Tanika helped us with in 2020 when we moved from CA to TX. She helped me look at 17 houses in one weekend. She has kept in touch since then and helped me out whenever I have a question about a potential home. She has fun events and is such a wonderful person. I wish I could win the lottery so I could have her find a few more houses for me! I will definitely be using her if my next house is in the DFW area.
