Our experience was amazing. They handled everything - selling contents in the home, arranging the removal anything that wasn't sold, cleaning, advertising, coordinating with the HOA, arranging and overseeing any needed repairs, and researched and advised how we could get things done that we had to do and they couldn't. We hardly had to do anything and they did it all at no additional cost to their standard fee.

I recently completed a condominium purchase with the Taniguchi & Associates team. I received support from Cari Anne Nada and Daniel Lucariello. I have nothing except positive feedback. The realtors demonstrated knowledge of the market and the locations, neighborhoods, and specific condominiums I was interested in. They were professional, timely, and responsive.
