I went to Tania to get through a rough patch in my life. Tania was excellent; she's compassionate, kind and intelligent. I felt like we easily connected because she's an great therapist. She always seems to know what the next step should be and I felt very understood and cared for during our work together. I'd be glad to refer her to any or my friends.
I have been to many psychologists throughout my life and could never stay with it until Tanya. This woman is amazing! There's never any judgement and I can be 100% honest. We've done EMDR on some of my traumas with excellent results. I've been seeing her for almost a year now and I still look forward to seeing her every week. She's def helping me in so many ways with my life. I tell her she's stuck with me forever!
Tania is a compassionate and insightful therapist. She has been an advocate for my family and has helped us mindfully navigate challenging times over the years. Additionally, she has helped us access resources we would not have otherwise known about. So grateful for her impact in our lives.
