Office is great. Nurses and staff are great. But I waited well over an hour with my newborn several times for well-visits...even when I was the first appointment of the day. There was never any explanation or apology or anything. As a 1st time mom she made me feel like a nuisance for asking questions and was overly concerned with things that (once I switched Drs) were not a big deal at all (like beings 3 whole ounces less than he “should”)
Excellent. Very busy practice yet responsive to all of our questions and very caring.
Our last 5 appointments, we have waited well over an hour. Friendly office staff. Looking for a new doctor though because of the unacceptable waiting time.
