Dr cruz is an amazing doctor who listens to how i feel and has changed my life. Her office is quick to do med refills and call backs are in a timely manner. I'm so happy to have found her
Dr. Barreras-Cruz was my mother's psychiatrist for about 7 years before Mom recently passed. My Mom adored Dr. Cruz, as do I. Dr. Cruz is a supremely skilled clinician who also brings an unmatched warmth to her care. She was exceedingly kind to my Mom and me, and always expressed interest in seeing my Mom's latest paintings. Dr. Cruz is the first doctor that has actually listened to my concerns. She is kind, personable, she remembers the things I'm dealing with. The office staff is wonderful too. My refills are either same day or next day so I don't have to continuously call and feel like I'm shaking them down. I would recommend her to anyone.
Had an appointment on my calendar for months. Got several text reminders the day before about the appointment. Got there and was informed that my appointment was canceled. No call, no voicemail. Unacceptable, unprofessional, and potentially dangerous.
