I got my nails done here for the first time in years, and I had such a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Tang, the owner, was so kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. I never felt rushed, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients and the quality of her work. My nails turned out beautiful, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
I've recently visited Tangs nail salon. It's lovely. The staff all greeted me by name. My appointment started exactly on time and it was not rushed. Tang herself did my service we talked of my family and current events. The shop is extremely clean especially the visitor bathroom which is important when your a senior. This was a very special pampering treat for myself, I was treated like someone special
I'm not sure what Angeliki is talking about. I found Tang's to be quite the opposite of what she describes. When I first moved here, I hopped from salon to salon looking for one that made me feel comfortable and welcome. I stopped hopping once I tried Tang's. I have been going there since before Covid. The service is great; the salon is clean and bright. The staff here is not only efficient, but is also engaging. I’m not sure that Angeliki is talking about Tang’s in Dyer but I have gone there since they opened and have always been satisfied. None of the employees including the owner EVER speak anything but English and the place is always clean. Tang herself is very personable and will go out of her way to get you in for an appointment even if she has to be there at 6 am she will figure it out! Horrible owner. Exceptionally rude, abusive to workers and salon is very dirty. There is no hygiene protocol at this salon. Disgusting. In response to your reply: This is definitely not the owner replying. The owner barely speaks English and has 0 manners or respect. This business does not deserve loyal customers. Second, I've gone 2 times to give this place another chance and there are always new workers... the owner can't keep them because she treats them so poorly. Please NO one support this place.
