Convenient parking spot but that is all. As others mention, it advertises a lower price then charges higher. Additionally, the payment with credit card at the kiosk does not work at all. Tap to pay or swipe just does not function at all, and you’ll be stuck at the gate. And an attendant does not answer any calls, so good luck sorting out any issues you have in this garage
Avoid at all costs if you are going to an event at CitiField. It takes over an hour to get out of the garage because the bar code and credit card readers at the exit are so slow.
I will first like to state that the parking itself was great! We were able to be right near our hotel and park overnight which was much appreciated. Unfortunately my car was hit in this garage and the person drove away without leaving information. I am unable to get in contact with this location to solve the issue. I understand a busy day or needing time to get back however my car bumper was damaged to the point that my license plate is crumpled into it.
