Worst support every. They gave my upgrade to someone else and has taken over a month so far to try and fix my broken phone. They just keep giving me excuses after excuses. I would never deal with this company if it was my choice. They don't care if you can't do your job and they show no urgency. Half the time I can't understand their accent. Another great reason why we shouldn't outsource our support.
