Horrible. Gel manicure Sunday, since then, a whole gel nail has come off every day. I went back twice already, they repaired the nails both times. They said if it happens again I would be given a refund. Will not be going back. I guess 3 nails wasn’t enough. UPDATE: Ofcourse another 2 nails came off. At this point, this all happens within 5 days. I went back, stated I would like a full refund. The manager said, we can’t refund here. I reminded him what he told me before. In the past I loved coming here and recommended this place to many others, but I’ve been disappointed the last two times I’ve been here. Last time I came my nails weren’t shaped nice and they went too low on sanding my nails down which caused a burn. This time, I feel my nails were just slopped together. They aren’t even smooth (you can see bumps and even a black spot) and the hangnails could have been taken care of better. Plus, they kept making me wait both last time and this time!
