FARYAL is amazing. She brought back the old school true customer service. Very helpful and responsive. What I like about tango is when I called in I forgot my reps’s name. They were able to look up my information and pass me on. I left Allstate because the customer service was trash! I could never get a hold of anyone and when you do they just pass you down the line and the notes are never in the system. So glad I switched to tango and I hope Faryal stays for as long as I’m a customer there.
