Took my bmw x5 for AC repair... first off, the price was very high for a new compressor. Its Texas and hot, I payed the $1800 anyways. In the process of doing the job, they managed to crack my radiator causing it to leak and also my hood latch cable was stretched, no longer working... I had to pay for them to replace the radiator out of pocket even though it was their fault and they did NOT fix the hood cable that THEY broke. At the same time, I was dumb enough to leave a 2nd car there that needed suspension bushings replace... read more
They looked at my car. Although we could not resolve the issue, they were kind enough to keep my car safe until I could take it elsewhere.
