I went in with extreme bleach damage and Winnie took care of me and was very professional. He fixed my hair and cut it and I love it , it's black cherry. Thank you Winnie.... You have a customer for life. Your a true professional.

When I walked in, there was no one at the consultation desk to greet me. This is because the consultant was having her own hair colored on the job and was playing on her phone. She also was gossiping to the other employee's about those who did not work that day. Once she finally noticed I was there she asked me to come back in about 45 minutes because she had to give her hair time to process. I did not return.

I agree! At Tanglez, it's all about Winnie! He is the best! He's been there forever. And, he takes great care of his clients. They are loyal to him for a reason! :0)

The first time I walked into the salon I was greeted by the staff and immediately was welcomed. I was offered coffee while I waited for my appointment and even joined in with some other people in conversation. It was if I was right in the comfort of my own home! The stylist were very friendly and professional. The shop was fresh and clean. The atmosphere was just delightful.
